I recently returned from Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, where I sat in my annual ceremony with Grandmother Ayahuasca. Each year brings profound lessons—release, visions, and guidance.

This year, the journey was subtle, whispering truths rather than shouting them. Some parts are too sacred to share; integration is lifelong. What I offer here is simply a glimpse.

It was a weekend of raw truths, courageous conversations, and invaluable knowledge every woman deserves access to.

2025 has barely begun, and already, crises around our planet are shaking humanity AWAKE. Our current systems and way of life are reaching a breaking point with Mama Earth.

Though the damage is immense, and researchers along with indigenous wisdom keepers are predicting an even rockier year ahead—buckle up, y’all—we still have paths to steer us toward a regenerative direction.

The Winter Solstice marks a sacred time of inner work, a time to surrender and let go of what no longer serves us. This year, I spent the Solstice at a sunrise Lakota sweat lodge ceremony with some of my favorite humans.

We were 25 souls from all corners of the globe, living, working, and breathing community. We tended the land, cooked, gardened, and fermented food together—all while laughing often, turning the world into our playground as we served the earth. It was paradise.

But paradise doesn’t spare you from shadows.
