Breathwork has changed my life and connected me to my body and inner wisdom on a far deeper level than I thought possible. This practice is an empowering tool for self-liberation. 

It creates SPACE to process and a much needed pause to recalibrate and gain clarity in our fast-paced lives. 

Breathwork is an ancient Eastern practice with endless mental, physical, and spiritual benefits. 

Breathwork is for you if you wish to:

  • Access the body’s intrinsic wisdom.

  • Lighten and lift your vibration and mood.

  • Heal deep-seated trauma and narratives hidden within both the subconscious and the physical body.

  • Cultivate radical self-love, a nourishing mindset, emotional peace, and mental clarity.

In our session together, we will start with intention-setting and a soulful discussion on where you are feeling stuck and areas you wish to cultivate.

I will then guide you through a two-part breath that will ease the body, soothe the mind, and allow for a deep meditative state where subconscious holds can surface.

Much can unearth during a session. As your guide, I will create a safe and supportive space for you to release blockages and create a deeper connection to your body and spirit.

Sessions are offered virtually, in the comfort of your own home, or outside at nearby parks.

We hold the wisdom within to heal ourselves. By quieting the mind and allowing space for Spirit, breathwork is key to unlocking this sacred knowledge.
